As a Painter and Decorator, you will provide a full range of painting and decorating services to our properties. You will prepare all surfaces and apply suitable paints or finishes for both internal and external works. You will work collaboratively with wider teams and provide a quick and efficient service to our void properties to deliver departmental targets. You will identify and rectify defects in paint works, planning and requesting materials and ensuring all preparation works are completed prior to attend sites.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to our customers, so your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers will be key. You’ll be based in the communities we serve and will work under minimum supervision and as part of a team using a flexible approach.

You will be required to attend sites across the northwest therefore a valid driving licences will be required.
