Duties Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare employee information for payroll, starters, leavers, holiday, sickness & adjustments Review weekly attendance sheets and update the records with holidays, sickness, and other absences. Maintain and update the Personnel database with starters, leavers, reviews, benefits etc. Monitor reception – answering the door, greeting visitors and ensuring they have signed in and are aware of health & safety information Provide general assistance, advice, and HR support as required Maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity at all times Payroll: (EXHEAT Ltd, EXHEAT Industrial Ltd and EXServices PTE Ltd (UK), Roomfoss Control Systems Ltd) Sort attendance forms and time sheets – checking holiday pay and sick pay/SSP Work out overtime hours Amend hourly rates, pensions etc. Input hours and print various reports Produce payroll reports for signature and P45’s Produce P60’s and agree Year End returns Produce P11D’s including P46s The successful candidate Proven experience in payroll administration, including pensions Strong attention to detail and accuracy A good understanding of HR processes and employment law Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Benefits 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Early finish on a Friday Christmas shut down Company pension scheme (employer matching up to 5%) Company sick pay
