Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with an established and well recognised Retail Business in Bridgewater who are looking to expand their Customer Service Team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual who will act as first point of contact for the business.
Main Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional, polite and timely manner to queries coming through Multi-channels, including: Telephone, Email and Social Media messages
Process and manage the full order cycle using the ERP system, to include:
ü Understanding and advising on Stock Levels
ü Processing Customer Orders.
ü Advising and monitoring order updates
ü Liaising with logistics partners on Delivery Dates.
ü Liaising with customers on any potential delays to their orders
ü Following up on any queries/ investigation and resolutions.
Keep track of outstanding projects and to keep customers updated at all times
Effectively managing complaints and adhere to the complaints procedure
Adhere to the business’ internal policies and procedures
Keep up to date with our Terms & Conditions and our Customers’ Contract Agreements, including returns an...
