The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the art of recruitment from the ground up, gaining invaluable skills in sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates while building relationships with clients. Working closely with experienced consultants, you’ll receive the tools, guidance, and support to grow your career in recruitment and develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing : Use job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify suitable candidates. Candidate Screening : Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles. Database Management : Maintain and update our recruitment database (CRM) with accurate candidate records. Interview Coordination : Schedule and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers. Market Research : Research industries and roles to identify target candidates and recruitment trends. Social Media Outreach : Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms. Reporting : Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing data to support decision-making. Relationship Building : Work closely with candidates and clients to establish strong, long-lasting relationships. Team Collaboration : Work alongside senior consultants and account managers to achieve shared goals. Career Growth : Progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, managing the entire recruitment process. What You Will Bring Prior work experience in a people-focused role.
