Job Description
As an Experienced Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing key client relationships within the educational sector. Drawing on your extensive experience in account management, you will drive revenue growth, foster customer loyalty, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and needs.
2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
3. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their objectives and challenges.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and regular engagement.
8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to the overall sales strategy and performance.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the educational supplies industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer retention.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
