Job Summary: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will look after the different needs of our residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support. You will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants, support the clinical team, and respect the dignity and preferences of our residents.
Responsibilities:

* Support the clinical team in medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
* Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents
Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to individualised care and support.
