The main purpose of the role is to support the work of teaching staff and to assist in implementing pre-planned learning objectives with individuals or small groups, in and out of the classroom. Some of our children have additional learning needs and English as a second language, and plans are adapted to cater for their needs. This role may include working 1:1 with children with additional needs.
We have a 32.5 hour contract available over 5 days per week during term time only + up to 5 paid training days.

* have excellent interpersonal skills with children and adults
* experience of working with primary aged children
* experience of working with children with additional needs and English as additional languages is advantageous
