Electrician Based in Garforth - Leeds, Working around the UK Permanent, full-time Position Salary up to £40k base (plus overtime and company pension).
Meson are a family business that have been operating as a business for 20+ years and have a range of clients from small local to global such as Red Bull Racing, Jaguar Land Rover & Ford.
Join our expanding team and gain hands-on experience across diverse projects, from control panel builds to electrical inspection & remediation work. Meson are looking for an Electrician to work on a range of contracts within the UK. The ideal candidate for this position will be a time served electrician with installation project experience.
The successful applicant will be mainly site based and typical projects will include Building and Installing Control Panels, Fuel Controls Electrical works (ATEX environment), Solar & EV installations, General Electrical work & Electrical Inspection & Testing Work.
Qualifications:
18th Electrical installations BS7671 certified
C&G NVQ Level 3 certificate for Electrical installation
Job-specific training provided
Experience:
2 Yrs+ Qualified Electrical experience
Be able to complete Electrical Control Systems diagnostics, repairs, modifications, installations and testing.
Be able to complete all types of Commercial Electrical work, including cable management & heavy-duty cable installations.
Basic understanding of IT networks
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams.
Travel:
Full UK driving licence (Licence check required). No more than 6 points
Required to travel and work away as and when required.

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality control systems in collaboration with colleagues.
Diagnose and fix faults in both new and existing systems.
Ensure seamless integration of control systems.
Commission and configure control systems.
Complete second-fix electrical installations.
Install, connect, and register monitoring equipment with IT systems.
Conduct site surveys and visits as required.
Identify and resolve issues proactively.
Keep stakeholders informed of progress and potential challenges.
Manage resources effectively, ensuring proper use and return of equipment.
Complete and submit all required documentation on time.
Support colleagues to meet company objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Regularly assess and develop professional skills with management support.
Desirables:
IPAF
CSCS trained.
Comp Ex qualified
C&G 2391 Testing & Commissioning
SSSTS
Work with control panels
Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent (following a 6 months probation period).
