As part of this journey, they are looking to strengthen their HR team with a strategic and operational HR Business Partner to drive key people initiatives.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, this role will play a pivotal part in embedding the people agenda across a multi-site environment. You will be responsible for evolving and implementing HR strategies that encompass talent acquisition, development, engagement, and organisational improvement. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you will provide expert HR guidance, ensuring that people plans align with business objectives.
You will be an experienced HR professional with a strong background in business partnering. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, you will have the ability to influence and coach managers at all levels. A solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and change management is essential, alongside the ability to translate strategic priorities into impactful people solutions. Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving employee engagement and performance will be key to success in this role.
