We are recruiting for a maternity cover within our Data & Insights team (6 months) to support the fundraising team to ensure good quality data. You will have responsibility for the department’s database and insight needs, and manage a team of 3. This role contributes to the success of fundraising activity to ensure we raise vital income to fund patient care.
We are looking for someone who has experience of managing databases, an understanding of data administration, an analytical mind and an eye for detail. Experience and knowledge of SQL, Power BI and CRM systems is essential to work with the team to develop and maximise best practice of our data use and outputs. We are open to applications from those with data experience and transferable skills from another sector and ideally someone looking to work 30 hours a week. You will be based at Thames Hospice in Maidenhead but with an option for flexible working including some home working.
