Development Officer
Bloxham School is a co-educational boarding and day school for pupils aged 11 to 18: a small school with a holistic focus, where every child is known. The individual matters at Bloxham School and the expectation is that every child will flourish. The School is a special place in which young people can grow, explore, learn, and reach their full potential. Bloxham is small enough to ensure that each student receives individual attention, yet large enough to offer every opportunity a school twice its size could deliver.
This is a new role and a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference within the Bloxham community. The Development Office is a small, but growing, team and already doing great things, but much more can be achieved with the right person on board to support philanthropic efforts.
* You will contribute to the overall fundraising strategy with specific responsibility for individual regular giving, creating and delivering a sustainable regular giving programme at the school.
* You will also work to increase the membership and contribution of the Egerton Society, the School’s legacy society, through a range of approaches and strategies.
* While educational fundraising experience is not required, the successful candidate will have experience of strategic fundraising across a range of fundraising income streams.
* You will also have the fantastic opportunity to work with the highly experienced Head of Development to advance your development skills to a new level.
