Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

As our Clinical Leader, you will:
1. Lead and organize the Clinical team within pre-op & outpatients clinical team.
2. Ensure the smooth running of these clinical areas.
3. Utilize extensive knowledge for dealing with audits and equipment.
4. Be responsible for creating the Rota.
5. Work collaboratively and flexibly across different clinical areas to accommodate the service demands of each department.
6. Assist in several clinical departments as needed.
To succeed as Clinical Leader, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience.
2. Knowledge and understanding of running a smooth & effective department.
3. Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
4. Must be an NMC Registered Nurse.
5. Demonstrated clinical excellence and strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead a team towards a shared vision and promote innovation and sustainability.
