QSHE Manager Poole Permanent £45-55,000An exciting opportunity with a family run distribution business. You will be exposed to multiple different parts of the organisation and have the chance to influence the strategic direction of Health & Safety for the business. The position will be reporting directly into the COO giving you a good opportunity to influence. The QSHE Manager will be responsible for:
* Driving health & safety cultural change and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Working across all areas of the business - warehousing and transport.
* Presenting Health & Safety trends and accident data to senior management.
* Establishing a structured programme of health & safety training throughout the company.
The QSHE Manager will have:
* NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
* Health & Safety experience in warehousing, supply chain or a closely related sector.
* Ability to influence effectively at all levels.
* Go-getter attitude and hunger to have tangible impact to the organisation.
