This is the job Job Title: Corporate Account Manager Location: Basingstoke Style: Hybrid – 2 days in office The Corporate Account Manager manages key corporate client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and a strategic approach. The Corporate Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for a broad portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on maintaining satisfaction and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities What We're Looking For Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and goals. Conduct regular meetings to review account status, address issues, and identify opportunities. Manage client expectations and ensure commitments and SLAs are met. Account Strategy & Growth Develop strategies to retain and grow key accounts. Handle contract and pricing negotiations. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions. Analyze market trends and competitors to find growth opportunities. Client Onboarding & Training Oversee onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth integration. Provide training and support to maximize product/service use. Help clients understand product features and best practices. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track client performance metrics to align with business goals. Deliver regular performance reviews and reports. Use CRM systems to maintain accurate client records and monitor activities. Proven consultative sales and negotiation skills You will need to have a thorough knowledge of Drivetech’s full range of products and services and be able to offer a consultative, solution-based approach to the customer’s needs and business objectives in relation to fleet risk management and driver training.
