Description
Provide administrative support to the People Team.
Manage HR-related documentation, ensuring records are up-to-date and compliant.
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and collating feedback.
Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries.
Contribute to HR projects as required.
Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of HR data.
Support in fostering a positive company culture.Profile
A successful People Team Administrator should have:
A solid understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
