Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and patient support with My Medical Record (MyMR) which is used within perioperative care to deliver our digital screening for patients. This Dynamic And Integral Role Will Include Supporting patients to sign up to MyMR Coordinate the training of the clinical team in using MyMR To work with clinical teams to identify patients to be signed up to use MyMR or other health apps and support processes e.g in clinic and help/support with other patient facing digital platforms and tools. Booking and managing patient appointments Supporting patients with behavioural change in the lead up to surgery and follow up post surgery They will be expected to manage their own workload, working autonomously and as part of a team. The ability to occasionally travel to our other hospitals is desirable.
