Contracts Manager / Commercial Legal Counsel - Norwich (Full Time or Part Time)
This is a new opportunity for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join an expanding research organisation with a global reach in Norwich.
This opportunity would see you working closely alongside the Technology Transfer Team, a team of Contracts Managers, Researchers and External Organisations and will have a key focus on leading, drafting and negotiating across all Commercial Contracts, with additional responsibility in overseeing their policies and IP portfolio / matters.
You can expect to oversee a broad range of Commercial Contracts to include - sponsored research agreements, collaboration agreements, commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, consultancy agreements, commercialisation agreements, commercial licence agreements, equity and revenue share agreements, material transfer agreements, and shareholder agreements. This is a unique Senior level opportunity which would be a progressive move for someone who looking to elevate their career, whilst showcasing their commercial abilities, technical skills and knowledge.
The ideal candidate will hold robust legal commercial knowledge and acumen, and will be able to independently lead on contract management, whilst providing high level and sound contractual advice to the wider organisation / external parties.
