Caring for families is at the heart of what we do. You’ll be there to collect the person who’s died and be the first of our team they meet. You’ll build relationships with each family as we care for their person, showing empathy and compassion at every step. We treat every person as if they’re a member of our own family, and you’ll be an important part in providing our care. You’ll be looking after the person who’s died, including washing and dressing them for their family to visit, or ready for the funeral. As a Funeral Team Leader, you’ll work collaboratively with your colleagues across other funeral homes and lead a team of Funeral Services Assistants to deliver the highest level of care to our families. Please note as of 1st December 2023, new joiners to our Funeral Business will be subject to a standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
