What's the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Delivery Manager, you will lead a Regional Order Fulfillment Team to ensure Customer satisfaction through timely and efficient fulfillment of internal and external orders, and provision of support to maintain effective supply chain function across the region.
You are customer focused and will develop and maintain trust-based relationships across the relevant stakeholders. Together with your team of three direct reports, you will ensure the timely, accurate and effective processing of sales orders and purchase orders to enable timely and accurate fulfilment.
With your excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, you will liaise with Freight and Warehouse Teams on shipping / transportation needs for domestic and international orders.
As a key point of contact, you will work with the broader Supply Chain teams on providing Sales and Customers with visibility of order progression.
Key Technical Criteria:
* Prior experience leading a team
* Professional experience in Customer Order Management
* Logistics / freight distribution-related background is highly regarded
* Strong communication skills with a passion for improvement
* Experience in the mining industry is highly regarded
