Job Title: Corporate Services Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills to join our team as a Corporate Services Administrator. The role offers £27,000 plus benefits in a flexible Cambridge-based hybrid role.

The Job Role: The Corporate Services Administrator works within the Corporate Services department, providing key administrative and technical support to the HR and IT functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & On-boarding process:
o Processing recruitment approval paperwork, gaining relevant sign-offs
o Setting up & creating vacancies in the HRIS & company's website
o Advertising vacancies on Job Boards
o Assisting in screening/shortlisting applicants
o Scheduling interviews
o Issuing standard employment contracts
o Scheduling new joiner start dates and co-ordinating inductions
o On-boarding setup in HRIS
o Ensuring new employees are appropriately onboarded to our systems prior to their start date, with permissions based on our Access Control policy and the employees role within the company
o Building and configuring laptops for new employees prior to their start date, ensuring the appropriate software relevant to their role is installed, and the device is utilising the latest updates
o Managing and monitoring stocks of laptops to ensure there is an adequate supply to meet demands for incoming new starters, along with sufficient stocks to cover replacements for current employees
o Background screening and employment reference check process administration
o Compulsory training enrolment administration
o Issuing standard End of Probation letters
* Payroll process:
o Updating standard monthly payroll changes spreadsheet incl: new joiner details, leaver details, promotions, pay rises
o Updating EOR (International payroll) portal changes
o Uploading required payroll documents to 3rd party payroll platform ( ie new joiner documents, HMRC documents)
* Benefits provisions & employee training support:
o Responding to employee queries, providing standard benefits information
o Submitting new joiner forms to 3rd party benefits providers
o Adding/removing scheme members, updating payroll where relevant incl pension increases/opt-outs
o Annual employee reward record update on HRIS upon scheme renewal
o Holiday Trading Scheme-administration: processing applications, drafting employee letters, associated payroll and HRIS changes updates
o Acting on elective training requests and issuing standard documentation in line with process
o Supporting Dept 101 / Commercial Training session process: scheduling sessions, sending invitations and reminders, attendance records administration
* Other technical support responsibilities:
o Providing cover for internal technical support assistance on both hardware and software during periods when the IT Staff are absent
o Acting as first point of contact providing employee support on HRIS system technical issues
Key Requirements:
* Essential:
o Strong technical ability & aptitude; specifically in the area of IT
o Some previous experience in a general administration role
o Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to work to own initiative with effective problem solving skills
o Capable of working autonomously, specifically while providing cover for the IT department where no assistance would be available
* Desired:
o Previous HR administration and/ or recruitment experience
o Working towards qualifications: CIPD or equivalent
o Prior technical experience within an IT department would be advantageous
o Experience working with HRIS systems
