HLTA About the role: HLTA: We are looking for a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school in Colindale. You’ll support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), lead small group interventions, and provide 1:1 support to students. What We’re Looking For: HLTA: • HLTA qualification or equivalent .• Experience in a primary school setting.
* Strong knowledge of KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
* Excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: HLTA: • Lead lessons and learning activities.• Support students in small groups and 1:1 .• Assist with marking and feedback.
* Collaborate with teachers to plan resources.
