Job Description
We are seeking GPs based in the south-east with specialist training in menopause care to join our women’s health clinic owned and run by a Consultant Gynaecologist. The role involves conducting face-to-face and virtual consultations in our CQC-registered clinic with a proven track record of providing high-quality care. The Lead Consultant Gynaecologist has Advanced British Menopause Society accreditation as well as most of our menopause specialist GPs; the remaining GPs are working towards this certification.
As part of our established medical team, you will provide bespoke, high-quality private care to women during perimenopause and menopause as well as complex hormone problems. Our clinic offers a wide range of services, including onsite phlebotomy, imaging, and dispensing services to provide a comprehensive “one-stop” service. The Lead Consultant remains highly involved in the daily running of the clinic and is regularly on hand to provide clinical support and advice to the medical team. Our experienced administrative team are also available to support all other aspects of patient care and will arrange any necessary induction training, IT support and triage clinics for individual GPs, depending on existing experience.
Job Overview:
Location: Ideally within our Royal Tunbridge Wells clinic, however, there may be an opportunity for Hybrid remote working with a prior agreement.
Job Type: Part-time sessional
Salary: TBA- Payment will be paid on a pro-rata session bias (a session is a 4-hour block including 30 minutes of paid admin time).
Anticipated Hours: 1-3 sessions (4-12 hours per week).
Start Date: April-May 2025
Key Requirements:
Provide reliable commitment to regular clinics, with some flexibility regarding days/working hours/holidays.
Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in specialist menopause practice and prescribing.
Ensure full GMC registration without restriction.
Commit to delivering the highest standard of healthcare and working effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications:
Evidence of British Menopause Society training (ideally at an advanced level but a basic level may also be considered).
Previous clinical experience of at least 1 year in menopause management in either private or NHS Care.
