The post is available to start as soon as possible, offering full-time hours for a short term contract. What will your responsibilities be? As a Band 6 Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting detailed patient assessments to identify physical, mental, and emotional needs, enabling the creation of personalised treatment plans. You will develop and implement therapy programmes aimed at improving functional abilities and independence in daily activities, utilising evidence-based interventions. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists, is key to providing holistic patient care. Managing a diverse caseload, you will prioritise and review patient progress while supervising and mentoring junior staff and students. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to service development through audits and clinical guideline improvement. Qualifications and Experiences: Be HCPC registered as an Occupational therapist Hold a relevant qualification in Occupational therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. How to apply?
