With this opportunity our client requires previous Paralegal exposure and will welcome a Paralegal looking to progress towards a Solicitor.
Cirencesters Branch specialises within: Agricultural Law, Commercial Law, Employment Law, Commercial Property Law, Commercial Disputes, Family Law, Residential Property Law & Wills, Trusts and Probates.

As the Paralegal, your role will hold the below responsibilities:
Research: Conducting legal research, fact gathering, and information retrieval
Document preparation: Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and case files
Client communication: Interviewing clients and witnesses, providing legal information, and maintaining contact with clients
Case management: Planning, developing, and managing cases
Court attendance: Attending court, court inquests, and tribunals
Office administration: Organizing diaries, scheduling meetings, responding to telephone queries, and writing letters
Contract negotiation: Negotiating contracts and legal documents
Litigation: Compiling litigation bundles and filing documents at court
Reporting: Writing reports on cases
Answering client enquiries
Liaison with solicitors
Liaison with financial institutions, government bodies and other third parties
Legal research
Drafting letters
Conducting research on both individuals and properties using public resources.
Extensive data input using in-house systems and Microsoft suite.
Reviewing case files and raising enquiries for solicitors
Answering enquiries from solicitors
