Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate administrative functions including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure information is easily accessible.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed by various departments.
Assist with the onboarding and training processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that stock is kept at appropriate levels and within budget.
Implement and improve administrative systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide support for budget management and financial reporting as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with all levels of staff and stakeholders.
Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, maintaining a positive and collaborative demeanor.

End Time: 16:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.15
