Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Coordinator to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
This dynamic role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a strong administrative background, and the ability to manage both desk-based and physical tasks.
As the primary point of contact for the office, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for staff, clients, and visitors.
Job RequirementsEssential:
* This is an office-based role and so as the main point of contact, you will be required to be on-site 5 days a week.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* As this role involves manual handling, including lifting and moving of items delivered to the office, you will need to be physically fit to carry out the role. Manual handling and additional H&S training will be provided.
Desirable:
* A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Experience in a client-facing or front-of-house role is a plus
Job Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to staff and management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that everything runs efficiently. This includes managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring that information flows smoothly within the organization and with external partners.
* Organise and take delivery of stock, ensuring this is stored securely. This involves lifting and moving items up to 25kg in weight from delivery to warehouse.
* Interact with clients, visitors, and vendors, helping and ensuring a positive experience.
