Our client delivers high-end technical solutions for live events-and we're looking for an Account Manager / Team Manager to help them keep raising the bar for their biggest clients.
What you'll be doing:
* Acting as a dedicated account manager for our key managed contract clients
* Leading and developing a tight-knit operations team, supporting with day-to-day guidance, training, reviews, and onboarding
* Managing client bookings and event schedules, ensuring every detail is accurate and delivered on time
* Working closely with our Production & Compliance teams to ensure safety, standards, and smooth delivery every time
* Visiting client sites to build relationships and oversee the quality of assets and service
* Driving commercial conversations to uncover new opportunities and support our Sales & Marketing team
* Supporting financial processes, from inventory tracking to invoicing prep
What we're looking for:
* A confident communicator and organiser who loves structure and precision
* A proven track record of Account Manager and leading a close-knit team.
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, live events environment-and isn't afraid to jump in out of hours when needed
* A natural leader who can manage people, priorities, and projects with calm confidence
* Willingness to learn the tech, get hands-on, and understand what makes our clients tick
