Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £13.06 - £14.12ph (dependant on qualifications and experience)

About us
Rowden House School, part of West Midlands Learning Campus, is a well-established service provider offering education and care for young people aged 11-19 years old with moderate to severe learning difficulties, some of whom are on the autistic spectrum and at times may present challenging behaviour.
The Role
You will lead a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and support to the young people of Rowden House School. As a Shift Leader you will model best practice, carry out regular supervisions and always ensure the wellbeing and safety of the children is at the heart of everything you do.
Essential Criteria
- Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People (or enrolled and actively engaging in the Diploma)
- Minimum of 6 months’ previous experience of working with children with severe learning difficulties and who can present challenging behaviours
