Our client based in Belfast is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:
- The post holder is responsible for delivering all administrative duties linked with the effective delivery of Labour Market Partnerships (LMPs). The LMP model is focused towards improving labour market conditions and employability outcomes through a single Regional LMP and 11 Local LMPs. The post holder is responsible for facilitating the administration and communication of the LMP team, monitoring and maintaining systems and databases in line with set deadlines and processes. They will also be responsible maintaining a high standard of record keeping to ensure the effective delivery of the LMP model. The post holder will use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams daily and therefore some knowledge/experience of these programs is required. The post holder will also act as a point of contact for the LMP Team by handling telephone queries, post received and being responsible for a central LMP email, including directing any relevant queries appropriately within the LMP team or wider within the Department. Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- You will have to undergo a Basic Access NI Check.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.

- £12.59ph (weekly)
