Hours are 21 as Cleaner and 8.5 as Night Concierge What you’ll do… To ensure a high level of cleanliness in communal areas at Hazel Court scheme in Sketty, Swansea, whilst always working within our Values. The Night Concierge cover is an important role within our Hazel Court Older Persons scheme. The position has responsibility for maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants and staff by patrolling and monitoring Hazel Court premises, ensuring and maintaining fire safety for the complex. You will be responsible for taking care of our facilities, and you will carry out various cleaning and maintenance duties.
