Permanent – Full Time We are looking to a Site Supervisor to join our team in Westminster About the role Joining us as Site Supervisor, you will be part of a team leading on projects on defined work streams, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPI’s. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints and Health & Safety. The Site Supervisor will manage subcontractor performance in line with company policy, ensuring they are clear in terms of their roles and their responsibilities. You’ll be part of review meetings with management on up to day progress, budgets, labour levels etc., in addition to resolving any complaints, informing management, and implementing action plans to address any areas of dis-satisfaction. About You To be successful in this role, you must have proven Site Project experience in both Social Housing Projects as well as Kitchen and Bathrooms projects. Holding a NVQ Level 3 or above would be beneficial and we are keen to hear from those who have a background in carpentry/joinery. A Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification is desirable however we do ask that you hold Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS). Above all, you’ll have excellent time management, strong IT skills and be proactive and flexible with great influencing skills. You must hold a clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
