As a Customer Service Representative you will be coordinating the day-to-day operations of customer appointments within the Assessment Centre, ensuring efficient management of sessions to optimise productivity of the Health Professionals and support our clients.
Using your excellent customer service skills you will provide a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring a positive experience for all customers, and greet and confirm our customer identities.
Organisational skills are required to manage the on the day appointments and conduct reminder & confirmation calls to our customers.
Key tasks:
* Monitor session progress throughout the day, adjusting appointments as needed to maintain efficiency
* Deliver service in line with PFAS company values
* Collaborate with Team Performance Leads, Assessment Centre Managers, and other teams to ensure seamless operations
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Experience:
Customer Service experience - both face to face and telephone
Knowledge of Microsoft Programmes
Salary: £24,000.00 dependant on experience
Position: Full time/permanent
Location: Croydon
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00
