Working with the wider account team, internal agricultural team and delivering customers asks the role will: Oversee and drive our bespoke agricultural agenda for the customer. Design and propose agricultural projects inline with customer targets and ensure alignment with company and customer goals and standards. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, CSR, commercial and technical to ensure seamless account delivery. Provide creative solutions to meet sustainability & agricultural challenges. Share knowledge and expertise in livestock production, trade and science. Monitor and analyse account performance, using data and evidence to drive our strategy and guide our customer plans. Identify opportunities and manage agreed project resources and timelines. Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, NGOs and customers to achieve maximum impact Promote best practices in farming and livestock management to enhance sustainability, productivity and animal welfare. Provide a 'solutions mindset' to meeting customer company objectives and motivate the team to deliver high standards and timely delivery.
