Are you detail-oriented, numerically minded, and keen to land a new part time role? Our client is seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to support their finance department in managing purchase ledger tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving organisation, who offers flexible working.
Duties:
Manage and distribute accounts emails, ensuring smooth operations of the business
Prepare files and invoices via COINS system
Dealing with a high number of cost codes and POS for invoices
Reconcile supplier statements and handle client queries
Prepare weekly purchase ledger payments
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding outstanding invoices
Embrace any additional tasks assigned by the Finance ManagerRequirements:
Must have previous Finance and Purchase Ledger experience
Must have experience dealing with a high volume of invoices and PO's
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be numerically minded, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of Coins is ideal, however, not essential
MS Office knowledge, including Excel
