Hours 42.5 per week Monday – Friday 08:00-17:00 Location Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, 38 Ashville Rd, Gloucester GL2 5DA As a Customer Assistance Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our operations through your excellent administration skills and close attention to detail, using our systems to manage a fleet of commercial vehicles. You’ll gain responsibility for developing new business, building on current relationships, and helping to run a profitable business through focusing on revenue opportunities and cost controls. We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with all types of customers, vendors, and colleagues. You’ll learn about sales techniques, problem solving strategies and conflict management. Those skills will provide you with the opportunity to work with local business partners and build solid, long-lasting relationships with key business decision makers.
