We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Lifestyle Support Manager to help us support the implementation of our industry-leading lifestyle strategy for our users. This is a very niche role where no two days will ever be the same, so it is exceedingly rare in the market!
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be a driver. It is anticipated that this role will require you to be on the road up to 4 days a week with 1 day a week from home.
Responsibilities
1. Supporting a selection of our homes across the Midlands and North regions to ensure the implementation and delivery of our internal lifestyle strategy and experience.
2. Lead from the front in piloting new products and services.
3. Attend events, roadshows, and conferences.
4. Sharing best practices across the group to ensure a consistent and improved operational delivery in all homes.
5. Support recruitment to build a stable team who are engaged and bought into the wider strategy.
Knowledge and Experience Required
1. Happy to work with multiple stakeholders with the ability to manage time effectively.
2. Comfortable working across multiple remote sites.
3. A positive outlook and proactive approach to overcoming barriers to success.
4. A care background is desirable but not essential.
5. Ability to challenge the norm and creative thinker – We are innovative and encourage our teams to be the same.
6. Strong IT Skills – Specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
