In a rare and exciting opportunity, we are recruiting for an established and multi skilled IT Manager. The role is based at our state-of-the-art brewery in Blandford with hybrid working, the IT Manager will lead and oversee team members and projects supporting IT systems at the brewery and across our pub estate. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate expert knowledge and hands-on experience of hospitality technology, computer systems and applications, especially ePOS technologies and Microsoft Cloud 365. Great business acumen and the ability to tackle and solve complex technical problems Resilience, agility, kindness, and innovation. 5 years recent experience working as an IT Manager in the Hospitality, Retail or Leisure sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical team members. Project and change management. Planning and organisation including driving and owning the end-to-end project lifecycle. Outsourcing and vendor management. Hospitality technologies, ePOS ERP, bookings, table management. Desktop, servers, and virtualisation Cloud IaaS / SaaS solutions. Digital storage solutions. Support desk management. Workstation image builds & standardisation. Users, group policy and automation scripts. Automation and Microsoft Power Platform tools. Business Continuity (backup, recovery, redundancy, including ASR). Working knowledge of cyber security and compliance frameworks. Proactive in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT practices and solutions. A driver with access to independent transport.
