To support our exceptional community of students, we are seeking an outstanding individual to fulfil the role of Director of Student Administration and Academic Registrar. Reporting to the Secretary and Registrar, and a member of the Chief Executive Group and Academic Board, this is a critical senior leadership role. You will be responsible for the success of our Academic Registry; you will oversee the management of the student lifecycle from enrolment to graduation. You will lead, direct and develop all sections of the central academic administration of the University, ensuring an excellent student experience, and will also be the be Business Lead for the implementation of our student record system.
You will be an established senior leader, with a proven track record of the successful leadership and management of large-scale administrative services, such as student administration, academic services or services of comparable complexity and breadth. You will have experience developing and implementing strategic plans and policies, with a demonstrable ability to lead complex projects including cross-functional teams, with a particular focus on digital transformation.
