You’ll be joining us within our Greater Manchester Area.
Working hours are 40 hours per week primarily Monday - Friday.
Your future in the Greater Manchester Area
1. Please note candidates must be local to Greater Manchester and be able to travel in and around the area as you will be supporting mainly in this area as Practice Manager and must have access to own transport
2. You will spend time in your local base practice as well as other practices in the local area depending on their needs, covering Practice Manager holiday, sickness, maternity etc. before going into your own permanent practice
3. Travel expenses will be covered and any extra travel will be done during work hours
4. Full-Time Hours across Monday to Friday, no weekends
5. A great opportunity to gain experience working in various size practices with different specialisms

Your future, your role
As a Designate Practice Manager, you’ll be:
12. Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
13. Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
14. Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
15. Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
