Job Overview
The HR Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent. This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
2. Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
4. Coordinate and participate in in-person interviews
5. Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks
6. Prepare and extend job offers
7. Manage the onboarding process for new hires
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
9. Stay informed about labor market trends and best practices in recruitment
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
2. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills
