Service Manager – Louth - £45,000 DOE + Bonus + Company Vehicle
The Job:
Meeting with customers to understand their needs, and allocate work to Technicians based on expertise. Overseeing repairs, ensuring accuracy in parts and labor, and managing invoicing. The role enforces service policies, safety guidelines, and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities:
1. Managing tool inventory
2. Maintaining a clean workshop
3. Coordinating technician training
4. Collaborating with the Group Service Manager to review performance
5. Managing and maintaining relationships with John Deere
6. Supervising the team
7. Assisting with recruiting
8. Promoting the business professionally

The Candidate:
1. Knowledgeable about John Deere and competing products
2. Hands-on experience as a Service Technician
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor team members
4. Competent in using standard software applications and quick to learn custom IT systems
5. Flexible to work overtime and weekends when needed
The Package:
1. Salary £45,000 DOE
