As they continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of FP&A to provide strategic financial leadership and ensure the effective management of our resources.As the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of our organisation. You will provide insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making and ensure financial sustainability. Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, you will drive efficiency, enhance financial performance, and support the organisation in achieving its mission.Key Responsibilities Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing high-quality financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain robust financial models, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial sustainability. Provide detailed variance analysis and performance reporting, identifying key trends and opportunities. Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to drive financial efficiency and impact. Support funding applications, grant reporting, and donor financial management. Enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities. Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. About You: A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within a non-profit or public sector environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders. Experience in grant reporting, donor management, or charity finance is desirable.
