Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment efforts for our Belfast office, reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA.
This role requires a strategic and hands-on recruiter with a deep understanding of the Northern Ireland talent market, strong direct sourcing expertise, proficiency with Workday and the ability to deliver against high-volume hiring targets. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and stakeholders while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance hiring strategies.
Role Responsibilities
* Managing all internal processes and procedures relating to pre and post-hiring.
* Managing and conducting internal stakeholder requirements meetings and pre-interview preparation sessions.
* Identifying and developing selection methods and collateral.
* Delivering on the EMEA team’s strategy to reduce agency spend, i.e., increase direct sourcing channels, improving visibility of roles for internal applicants and raising awareness of the employee referral programme.
* Partnering with the wider EMEA team on diversity initiatives (e.g., gender and early career programmes).
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, HR Business Partners and HR Operations departments to ensure a seamless colleague onboarding experience.
* Tracking and reporting hiring plan progress against agreed targets; creating a Belfast recruitment dashboard and contributing to a global recruitment dashboard.
* Managing the collection of monitoring information to support completion of ECNI‘s Annual Return and Article 55 Return.
* Tracking and reviewing the performance of all sourcing channels including review of TP ICAP Belfast’s PSL.
* Continual review of local hiring processes and procedures to ensure optimal service delivery.
* Adopt and deliver an effective talent management process to ensure professional and responsive candidate engagement.
* Support the development of a local recruitment strategy that meets the company’s hiring plan needs in addition to building the talent pipeline.
* Leverage a multi-channel sourcing approach, using online and offline methods, to build capability.
* Support the development of working relationships with 3rd level institutions and other relevant bodies/forums to promote TP ICAP’s brand in the local market and build the talent pipeline.
* Managing and coordinating attendance at all relevant recruitment fairs.
* Assisting in projects focused on the development of the Talent Acquisition function and service.
Experience / Competences
Essential
* Extensive Talent Acquisition experience within Northern Ireland.
* Proven track record of direct sourcing talent using cost-effective strategies.
* Strong knowledge and experience recruiting within the Technology sector (other industries may be considered).
* Proficiency in Workday (or similar ATS platforms) and an appreciation for data analytics in recruitment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of Northern Ireland employment legislation as it relates to recruitment and selection.
* Experience in successfully planning and managing high-volume recruitment across multiple verticals.
* Ability to deliver against hiring targets while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
* Experience utilising multi-channel recruitment and sourcing methods.
* Exceptional organisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

* Experience managing recruitment beyond Belfast (e.g., EMEA region).
