Job Title: Direct Mail Account Executive
The successful candidate will work as part of a busy account management team on the site of an award-winning print management company’s key client. You will be required to provide first-class customer service, work to strict deadlines, and manage multiple projects. You will provide support and guidance to your specific client base ensuring projects run smoothly from the initial concept through to completion, developing strong relationships with the client.
The ideal candidate will require the following skills & knowledge:
1. Knowledge of Direct Mail, Transactional Print & General Print
2. Knowledge of different postal services
3. Knowledge of different printing techniques & print finishes
4. Knowledge of handling client data & working to ISO standards
5. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
6. Ability to manage own workload effectively
7. Negotiate with suppliers directly
8. Good interpersonal skills
9. Recognising where methods can be improved to benefit both the client and the business
10. Be pro-active in your approach towards the client, helping them meet their business objectives and offering solutions
