We are searching for a Deputy Manager to join our team. You will be working closely with the Lodge Manager to provide management & leadership to our team and taking over in their absence.
As Deputy Manager, you will be supporting the Home Manager in:
1. Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is provided to all residents
2. Making sure all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded
3. Ensuring that the Lodge is appropriately represented and working effectively with local service providers, e.g. NHS and Social Work Departments
4. Acting as an ambassador for the Lodge, ensuring strong communication channels are established
5. Managing staff and budgets in accordance with policies and procedures
6. Undertaking administrative tasks as required
7. Liaising with external professionals, individuals and families
8. Ensuring that effective referral protocols and practices are in place and adhered to

Experience & Qualifications
For this role, you must have:
* Relevant RGN Qualification or Dual Registered RGN/RMN
* Active NMC PIN number
* 3 years minimum experience working in care
