Job Description The Job Mission As a Training Specialist, your mission will be to create, support, and deliver occupational training programs using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT). You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality training outcomes. Key Responsibilities: ⚡️ Deliver training programs that meet client needs across all levels of the business. ⚡️ Analyse training requests and trends to identify and address capability gaps. ⚡️ Design and develop innovative training materials tailored to specific objectives. ⚡️ Gather and interpret site and training data to provide actionable insights. ⚡️ Maintain training administration, including plans, trackers, and reports. ⚡️ Provide strategic support to the Group Head of NSA EPR Project Training. ⚡️ Manage relationships with external training providers and ensure delivery quality. ⚡️ Represent NSA EPR Project Training in meetings and forward planning activities. Qualifications Essential Skills: Strong knowledge of training systems, including training support and delivery experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to influence and coach effectively. Highly organised with strong prioritisation abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Works independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Desired Skills: ✔️ Experience working in the nuclear or engineering sectors. ✔️ Familiarity with the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT). ✔️ Advanced data interpretation and reporting skills. ✔️ Previous experience managing external training providers. ✔️ Knowledge of stakeholder management practices.
