Job Description Summary:
The Doctor will provide medical care to both guests and crew, handling emergency situations and general health care, including chronic condition management and preventive medicine. Responsibilities include illness reporting, outbreak prevention, and compliance with international, national, and company health policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide medical services to crew and guests, including emergency care and general health management.
* Assist with outbreak prevention and reporting as required.
* Ensure all medical documentation and licenses are current.
* Participate in safety drills and life-saving procedures.
* Maintain a professional appearance and respect towards coworkers and guests.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with one year in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and treating a wide range of conditions.
* Experience in minor surgeries, fracture management, and emergency care.
* Medical degree and active license in good standing.
* Specialization in fields like Emergency Medicine or General Surgery preferred.
Physical & Other Requirements:
* Ability to work in diverse environments and handle physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Must pass safety courses, wear PPE, and participate in emergency drills.
* Able to work 7 days a week and in close quarters with team members.
