Research Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Manager to join our Customer Development Team to assist in delivering a market research and evaluation programme that informs and supports the delivery of our Customer Strategy.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Liaising with key stakeholders to define research requirements and prepare a written brief
2. Designing research solutions that are fit for purpose and represent good value for money
3. Procurement and management of third-party expertise including the specification and management of the research supplier roster
4. Ongoing management of established research programmes including brand and broker tracking
5. Independently run ad-hoc projects to industry standards
6. Managing a regular programme of research that reviews and evaluates literature to ensure relevant pieces of communication adhere to Consumer Duty requirements
7. Manage, support and coach more junior members of the team as needed
What we are looking for:
1. A strong demonstration of experience in research preferable agency or client-side
2. Degree level education in a related social science or quantitative discipline
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain collaborative working relationships internally and externally
4. Proficient in MS Office
5. Working knowledge of analytics software and the use of customer data
6. Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
7. Understanding of customer feedback metrics
8. Support the Member Pulse programme of activity across Principality
9. Collate multiple insight sources including category and trends analysis into impactful summaries
