Reed HR have partnered with a professional services company who are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR support across the company, contributing to the effective management of the workforce, and supporting key HR initiatives, including change programs and transformations. Location: Newcastle (hybrid working) Contract: Permanent Package: Salary 35-40k Comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities: Take the lead on Employee Relations (ER) matters by providing expert and confident advice on disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance management. Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication with stakeholders and employees. Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices and legal requirements. Conduct training sessions for stakeholders, managers, and employees on HR policies to ensure understanding and compliance throughout the organisation. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and morale at all levels. Assist in designing and implementing employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups. Oversee HR administrative processes, including managing employee data, documentation, and updates to the HRIS. Candidate Specification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (CIPD qualification desirable). Proven experience as a Senior HR Adviser. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Experience in supporting change programs, organisational transformations, or restructuring initiatives. Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
