The Role This role is part of the On Board Revenue (OBR) & Product Development team, where you will support commercial performance, analytics, and insights across all aspects of the On Board Proposition. You will provide regular, robust analysis of On Board Revenue commercial performance and offer recommendations on commercial opportunities to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in the creation and maintenance of On Board Revenue budgets and analytics, review trading performance, identify trends, support financial reviews, and highlight potential opportunities and risks ahead. You will: - Support commercial performance by providing performance reporting, data analysis, scenario modelling and data led recommendations. - Identify commercial opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to improve revenue generation, control costs and enhance guest experience. - Be comfortable extracting insight from incomplete data and using it to drive commercial insight. - Establish optimum ways of working to develop and compile valuable reporting solutions in line with business requirements. - Provide data modelling and analysis to support product lifecycle management activity - Establish and track clear KPIs against which to assess new initiatives Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full time permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to two days from home. Alongside bringing these to the role, you'll also need: - You will have experience as an analyst within a commercial function - You will have attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex data from multiple sources and develop simple, action-driven outputs. - Ability to Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. - Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting systems and excel.
